1. Who we are

Calm Jewelry (calmjewelry.com.au) is a trading name of MACARIUS AUSTRALIA, ABN 54 513 897 466, Victoria, Australia. Contact: spinringstudio@gmail.com.

2. Orders

When you pay at checkout you make an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm your order. If we can't fulfil an order (for example a pricing error or a material becoming unavailable) we'll tell you and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Where Australian GST applies, it is included in the price and shown on your receipt. Shipping is free. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Import duties or taxes charged by other countries are not included — see Shipping & Returns.

4. Made to order

Most pieces are made or finished after you order, by our workshop partner, and dispatched within 7–14 days. Delivery times are estimates.

5. Product descriptions

We describe and photograph our jewellery as accurately as we can. Because pieces are handmade or hand-finished, small variations in colour, finish, stone and engraving are normal. Screens show colours differently. Spinner and fidget rings are jewellery, not medical devices; descriptions about calm or focus reflect how customers use them, not a medical claim.

6. Personalisation

You're responsible for the accuracy of personalisation text, dates, sizes and options you enter — we make them exactly as supplied. Please don't submit text that infringes someone else's rights or is offensive; we may decline such orders and refund you.

7. Returns and your consumer rights

Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits those rights or the rights you have under the laws of your country.

8. Accounts

You can check out as a guest or with an account. Keep your login details private; you can ask us to delete your account at any time.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and apart from your consumer guarantees, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you order applies to your order.
